Why the Concerto Stands Apart

Three-Tiered Hybrid Design

A base of glueless encased coils, an exclusive layer of high-density microcoils, and an organic latex layer combine for motion isolation, pressure relief and luxurious pillow-top plushness.

Sleeps Cool

A breathable organic cotton quilt, moisture-wicking wool batting and dual coil layers keep you cool and comfortable — no heat-trapping polyurethane foam.

Award-Winning Plush Feel

A 2024 Good Housekeeping Best Bedding Award and 2024 Organic Excellence Award winner — a hotel-style pillow top, hand-tufted for a timeless, gentle-floating feel.

Zero Toxic Chemicals

No flame retardants, polyurethane foam, memory foam, glues or adhesives — ever. Passes flammability standards through organic wool and smart design alone.

What's Inside

9.5" Glueless Encased Coils — In-house-built encased coils with full perimeter edge support, assembled without any glues or adhesives.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Pillow Top Plush" mean?

The Concerto's finely tuned extra layers and thicker construction give it a plusher feel, with more depth and a gentle floating sensation. It's not recommended for heavier sleepers who may need more support.

Does the Concerto work with an adjustable base?

Yes. The Concerto Organic Pillow Top Mattress works with an adjustable base.

Does the Concerto require assembly?

No. The Concerto ships roll-packed — it just needs a few minutes to expand and it's ready to sleep on.

What's the difference between the Serenade and the Concerto?

The Concerto features a taller support coil, an added layer of high-density microcoils, and a hand-tufted pillow top construction that secures the thicker layers together — giving it a plusher, more cushioned feel than the Serenade.

Do the coils contain glue or adhesives?

No. Naturepedic uses a proprietary heat-sealing method for both coil layers, removing the need for glues or adhesives — a Naturepedic exclusive among organic mattress makers.

Do I need a foundation or box spring?

No, as long as your bed frame provides a supportive, correctly-heighted platform. If your platform uses slats, make sure they're spaced no more than 3" apart to prevent grooves from forming in the mattress over time.

What is the maximum weight limit for the Concerto?

Twin/Twin XL: 325 lbs | Full: 450 lbs | Queen: 550 lbs | King/Cal King: 700 lbs | Split King: 325 lbs per mattress

What is a Split King?

A Split King is two separate Twin XL Concerto mattresses (38" x 80" each) placed side by side to form a King-size sleep surface (76" x 80" combined). It's the standard configuration for dual-adjustable bases, letting each sleeper independently adjust their side. Priced as two Twin XL mattresses.
