Return Policy

Furniture Return & Exchange Policy is so confident in the products we sell that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, call us within 7 days of your delivery and we will arrange for a return or exchange.   A minimum 20% re-stocking fee will apply on all returned orders.  Customers are also responsible for the delivery/freight cost both to them and back to us in Las Vegas, NV. All items must be in the original factory packaging, the same way it was received, If your item is returned without the owners manual, directions, warranty cards, etc. a 25%-35% re-stocking fee will apply. We will schedule a pickup of the items at the next available opportunity.

If you opt to return and exchange your purchase for items of equal or greater value a 10% restocking fee will apply as well as a $49.99 return & exchange fee to exchange the items.

Mattress Exchange Policy

Customers that have purchased a mattress from us and are unhappy with the comfort can exchange it for another mattress of equal or greater value but the customer must use it for 30 days first to let their body adjust to it, but no more than 60 days.  After 30 days customers can contact us for an exchange but they are responsible for a pick-up/re-delivery fee/handling fee of $120.  Mattresses with any damage, stains, wear & tear will not be accepted for exchange. This is a one-time courtesy, and exchanges can only be made 30 days after the delivery date. There are no refunds - exchanges only.

To Qualify for our Mattress Exchange

To qualify for our mattress exchange, you much purchase a mattress protector with your mattress. Mattress Protectors can be found here, and generally offer a 10 year warranty when purchased WITH a mattress.

Massage Chair Returns

We take pride in our products and our customer service, for that reason, your satisfaction is our highest priority. At checkout, please double check your order to be sure that you have chosen the correct product, or feel free to contact a representative if you are unsure. If you would like to return your product, you have 30 days to do so. Customers are ONLY responsible for the shipping charges incurred. The 3% credit card fee will be deducted from the return as well.  When the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a credit for the total of your purchase minus the freight. White Glove delivery is a service and is therefore non-refundable. Refurbished and Open Box items are sold as is, and are not eligible for a return.

Damage Upon Delivery understands that any product can get damaged in transit. If your product arrives damaged, make a note on the drivers paperwork of the exact damage. Then call our customer service department @ (702) 830-4735 and let them know of the damage. Furniture is susceptible to minor damage (scratches, small nicks, etc.) during transit. If your damage is deemed a minor repair that can easily be touched up, this will be performed at your home by a furniture repair expert at no additional charge.  Items that cannot be repaired to look as new will be replaced at no charge.

Cancellation Policy

If an order is cancelled before our manufacturers have begun production or shipping to us we will happily refund 100% of the order.  If you cancel your order after it goes into production with one of our manufacturers you will be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee plus any delivery charges that have occurred and/or will occur in returning the products.

Return Policy for Customers using Financing

No Returns or Exchanges on any products purchased with funding from a third party financing company (i.e Crest).
