Return Policy

Furniture Return & Exchange Policy is so confident in the products we sell that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, call us within 7 days of your delivery and we will arrange for a return or exchange.   A minimum 20% re-stocking fee will apply on all returned orders.  Customers are also responsible for the delivery/freight cost both to them and back to us in Las Vegas, NV. All items must be in the original factory packaging, the same way it was received, If your item is returned without the owners manual, directions, warranty cards, etc. a 25%-35% re-stocking fee will apply. We will schedule a pickup of the items at the next available opportunity.

If you opt to return and exchange your purchase for items of equal or greater value a 20% restocking fee will apply as well as a $69.99 delivery/return & exchange fee to deliver and exchange the items.

Mattress Exchange Policy

We understand the choosing the right mattress is a very important decision. That is why we offer a 101-Night Love Your Mattress Guarantee with the purchase of any Sealy Hybrid, Sealy Conform, Tempur-Pedic, or Stearns and Foster Mattress. This means that if you want to exchange your mattress, we will exchange it for up to 101 nights. One thing that we do require is that you give your body a minimum of 30 nights to adjust to the comfort and support of the new mattress and that the exchange is for the same size mattress. After that time, you have up to the 101st day from your original delivery date to take advantage of our Love Your Mattress Guarantee.

New mattress must be of equal or greater value, same size only and buyer is responsible for any price difference). A processing fee of only $199.00 will be applied, and we will cover all other expenses. This is a one-time courtesy, and exchanges can only be made 30 days after the delivery date.

Note: Comfort exchange orders are NOT eligible for the Free Gift with Purchase Rebate. 


Bed Accessory Return Policy

Customers that have purchased a bed accessory from us (linens, mattress protector, weighted blanket) have up to 30 days to return the item, provided it has never been opened or used. Used or opened bed accessories are not eligible for return due to hygienic reasons, and re-selling laws.

Massage Chair Returns

We take pride in our products and our customer service, for that reason, your satisfaction is our highest priority. At checkout, please double check your order to be sure that you have chosen the correct product, or feel free to contact a representative if you are unsure. If you would like to return your product, you have 30 days to do so. Customers are ONLY responsible for the shipping charges incurred. The 3% credit card fee will be deducted from the return as well.  When the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a credit for the total of your purchase minus the freight. White Glove delivery is a service and is therefore non-refundable. Refurbished, Factory Certified and Open Box items are sold as is, and are not eligible for a return.

Damage Upon Delivery understands that any product can get damaged in transit. If your product arrives damaged, make a note on the drivers paperwork of the exact damage. Then call our customer service department @ (702) 388-7774 and let them know of the damage. Furniture is susceptible to minor damage (scratches, small nicks, etc.) during transit. If your damage is deemed a minor repair that can easily be touched up, this will be performed at your home by a furniture repair expert at no additional charge.  Items that cannot be repaired to look as new will be replaced at no charge.

Cancellation Policy

If an order is cancelled before our manufacturers have begun production or shipping to us we will happily refund 100% of the order.  If you cancel your order after it goes into production with one of our manufacturers you will be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee plus any delivery charges that have occurred and/or will occur in returning the products.

Return Policy for Customers using Financing

No Returns or Exchanges on any products purchased with funding from a third party financing company (i.e Crest).

Colors of products on the site may differ from photos placed on the product pages due to room lighting or computer settings. These photos are for reference only and should only be used as a general representation. Should you wish to return a product due to the color or finish not matching your expectations, our "Returns & Exchanges" policy will apply.

Manufacturer Changes

Manufacturers sometimes change details of their products slightly without notifying us. As mentioned with the finish and colors, our photos are a general representation of the product and may or mat not reflect any minor changes that the manufacturer has made to the product. As such, should you wish to return a product due to a minor variation from the product photo, our "Returns & Exchanges" policy will apply.
