The above rates will appear during the checkout process. If your order is OVER $1499 (excluding sales tax) the website will automatically select "Free Delivery and In-Home White Glove Set-Up for Las Vegas and the greater L.A. Metro area." If your order is UNDER $1499 you will be given the option to select Las Vegas Showroom Pick-Up, Drop-Off Delivery or Delivery and In-Home White Glove Set-Up.
*The Greater Los Angeles Metro Area is loosely defined by the circle of Burbank-Santa Monica-Long Beach-Pomona-Burbank. Customer is responsible for ensuring paved road access to their home. If no paved access exists, it shall be the customers responsibility to coordinate with the freight company for pickup of shipment. Deliveries OUTSIDE Las Vegas & the Greater Los Angeles Metro* Areas:
If you live outside the Las Vegas and the Greater Los Angeles Metro* Areas please call us @ (888) 996-8863 or email us at info@LasVegasFurnitureOnline.com for a delivery quote. There will be a minimum charge of $99 for delivery outside of our specified delivery areas. Out of state shipping charge may vary depending on the size of your order and the total weight. We would love to have your order and we will work to get you the lowest delivered price available. Many national websites simply add a set "chunk" amount to all orders to include free shipping across the United States. By doing so many customers pay far too much for their total order even though the delivery is free. We work with each customer individually and quote a price based on their exact order. In most cases this gives our customers the lowest total price available. Please call us for a quote!
Las Vegas Showroom Pick-Up:
You will receive a call when your order has arrived at our warehouse (3-7 Business Days after initial order). You can then pick-up your order at our warehouse during our normal business hours. You may call us ahead of time to ask for dimensions of the boxes/item(s) to ensure they will fit in your car/truck. If you need to place your items on a roof rack or in a pick-up bed please bring the necessary rope/tie-down cords with you. We will help place the item(s) on your roof rack or pick-up bed but our staff is NOT allowed to assist you in tying the item(s) down.
You will receive a call when your order is complete and a delivery appointment will be scheduled 24-48 hours in advance. Your item(s) will then be delivered (at your option) to your front door, or garage. NO boxes/items will be opened unless the box appears to be damaged and in that case the delivery driver will inspect it with you. NO assembly will be completed.
Delivery and In-Home White Glove Set-Up:
You will receive a call when your order is complete and a delivery appointment will be scheduled 24-48 hours in advance. The delivery crew will then bring your new items into your home, open the boxes/item(s), perform any and all assembly needed and place them in your room of choice. If you choose, they will also remove the boxes/garbage that arrived as packaging for you order. Please ensure that the room where you want your new furniture assembled is cleared of any old furniture. Our delivery personnel are not responsible for moving existing furniture out of any given room.
If the driver comes out to deliver your items and you are not home for your scheduled time, there will be a $75 attempt fee. If we do not collect this fee the product will not be delivered and all shipping charges associated with the purchase and our re-stocking fee will be charged.
Free Mattress Removal Policy
Las Vegas Furniture Online now offers Free Mattress Removal for all mattress orders over $499. If mattress total is under $499 a $49 fee will apply, please contact us at 702-830-4735 for more information. This service applies ONLY to the Greater Las Vegas area
***IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING BUNK BEDS***
Bunk beds, regardless of price cannot be assembled by the delivery crew for legal reasons. If you have paid for or received free delivery the boxes will be placed in your room of choice, opened if you request, but NO assembly will be done.
You are responsible for clearing space in your home for your order. The delivery crew cannot move any of your existing furniture.
The delivery crew does not remove any old mattresses or furniture as part of the delivery unless mattress removal service is requested at the time of order and included in the final quote, otherwise they will only deliver your new items to you.
When will my order be delivered?

Damaged Upon Arrival
Las Vegas Furniture Online understands that any product can get damaged in transit. If your product arrives damaged, make a note on the drivers paperwork of the exact damage. Then give us a call and we will expedite the shipment of a replacement item immediately. Furniture is susceptible to minor damage (scratches, small nicks, etc.) during transit. If your damage is deemed a minor repair that can easily be touched up, this will be performed at your home at no additional charge.
