Important Details

If you are unhappy with your Massage Chair and would like to return it, simply obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request one, please submit a ticket here. We do not accept return shipments without an RMA number.

Return Requirements

    1. The Chair must be in new condition (no scratches, scuffs, or damages) and contain the original box, packing materials, and instruction manuals / accessories that were shipped to you.
      1. If you are getting indoor setup or white glove delivery, we strongly recommend you instruct the delivery person to give you the boxes so you can keep them. A $325 fee will be deducted from your refund to package and box the chair up if you are unable to, or did not keep the original materials. This is separate and in addition to the $495 to ship the chair back to our warehouse.
      2. The Chair must be returned with no damages and all included accessories & packaging to qualify for the full refund minus $495 for return shipping.
      3. Return eligibility window is up to 90 days after your chair was delivered to you
      4. Upgrades like White glove Delivery are non refundable as this is an additional service. If we promoted FREE White glove delivery with your chair and you decide to return it, we will deduct $199 which is our cost to perform this added service
      5. Complete your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) here
      6. We know your body needs 30 days to get used to a massage chair. You must have the chair for a minimum of 30 days before requesting a return or exchange.

Exchanges

At LasVegasFurnitureOnline, our goal is to make sure the chair you purchase from us is the chair you'll love for years to come, even if it’s not the first chair you order. If you would like to exchange your chair for another model, we will do our best to minimize the return costs of your first chair, which could mean picking up the chair at the same time we deliver your new one. Please discuss this option with us before completing an RMA.
