The Sealy Posturepedic® Elite Spring Brenham II Ultra Firm Tight Top Mattress is built around individually wrapped PrecisionFit™ Coils for a supportive, minimal-sink innerspring feel. A thin ComfortSense™ Gel Memory Foam comfort layer sits on top so the coils — not the foam — do most of the work. Reinforced support zones, a stable coil edge, and Sealy's 10-Year Limited Warranty back a mattress made in the USA.
Innerspring Support, Built Ultra Firm
The Brenham II Ultra Firm Tight Top is part of Sealy's Posturepedic® Elite Spring line: an all-innerspring construction where individually wrapped coils carry the bulk of the support and a thin gel memory foam layer adds just enough comfort on top. It's the firmest tight-top feel in the Brenham II lineup — built for sleepers who want almost no sink and a solid, stable surface.
It's built with Sealy's PrecisionFit™ Coils, ComfortSense™ Gel Memory Foam, SealySupport™ Gel Foam, MaxSupport™ reinforced coils, and a DuraFlex™ Coil Edge for a stable perimeter.
Sleep Position
Back & Stomach Sleepers
The Ultra Firm feel keeps sink to an absolute minimum, so back and stomach sleepers get a solid, stable surface that resists sinking in at the hips.
Build Quality
Decades of Sealy Engineering
Every Sealy Posturepedic® mattress is engineered by Sealy's own sleep team, with the support layers tuned so the surface stays evenly supported from head to toe night after night.
Built to Last
Reinforced Edge & Durable Layers
A DuraFlex™ Coil Edge keeps the perimeter stable for sitting and sleeping near the edge, with a SealySupport™ Gel Foam foundation built for lasting durability underneath.
