The tabletop and seat design allows water to quickly drain through to prevent pooling or staining. The center umbrella hole includes a cap to cover it when not in use. Out of state shipping charges may vary depending on the size of your order and the total weight. We would love to have your order and we will work to get you the lowest delivered price available. Many national websites simply add a set "chunk" amount to all orders to include free shipping across the United States. By doing so many customers pay far too much for their total order even though the delivery is free. We work with each customer individually and quote a price based on their exact order.
