Chorus Organic Cotton Mattress

Naturepedic's Most Cooling Mattress.

The Chorus is built for airflow from top to bottom, so heat never has a chance to build up. A coil-on-coil design pairs a layer of glueless encased microcoils with a deeper layer of glueless encased support coils — no polyurethane foam anywhere in the build. Organic wool in the quilted cover wicks away moisture as you sleep, while the medium cushion-firm feel suits most sleepers side, back or stomach. Every Chorus is hand-assembled at Naturepedic's certified organic factory in Ohio, with no flame retardants, chemical flame barriers or fiberglass, while still passing all government flammability standards.

Why the Chorus Stands Apart

Coil-on-Coil Support

A 1.5" layer of glueless encased microcoils sits atop an 8" layer of glueless encased support coils, contouring to the body while keeping air moving through the mattress.

Naturepedic's Most Breathable Design

Moisture-wicking organic wool batting and an open coil-on-coil structure keep you sleeping cool — no heat-trapping polyurethane or memory foam.

Zero Toxic Chemicals

No flame retardants, chemical flame barriers, fiberglass, polyurethane foam, memory foam, glues or adhesives — ever. Passes flammability standards through organic wool and smart design alone.

Award-Winning Organic Comfort

A 2023 Eco Excellence Award winner, hand-assembled in Naturepedic's certified organic U.S.A. factory using natural materials in place of conventional synthetic foams.

Frequently Asked Questions

What comfort level is the Chorus?

The Chorus is a Cushion-Firm mattress — a medium feel with a bit of gentle give on top of firm, even support. It suits most sleepers across all positions.

Does the Chorus work with an adjustable base?

Yes. The Chorus Organic Mattress works with an adjustable base.

Does the Chorus require assembly?

No. The Chorus ships roll-packed — it just needs a few minutes to expand and it's ready to sleep on.

Do I need a foundation or box spring?

No, as long as your bed frame provides a supportive, correctly-heighted platform. If your platform uses slats, make sure they're spaced no more than 3" apart to prevent grooves from forming in the mattress over time.

Do the coils contain glue or adhesives?

No. Naturepedic uses a proprietary heat-sealing method for both coil layers, removing the need for glues or adhesives.
