FREE Manufacturer’s Warranty

This Ergo-Pedic adjustable bed base carries a 10 year Limited Warranty; subject to the conditions set forth herein. Warranty begins on the date of sale for original purchased new unused beds and the date of manufacture for beds purchased as floor models.

YEAR 0-2:

The warranty covers defects in the workmanship or materials for 2 years from the date of purchase. Ergo-Pedic® Sleep will send replacement parts for any defective part to the original purchaser ONLY, and Ergo-Pedic ® will pay all authorized labor and transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement of any parts to residents within the continental US.

YEARS 3-10:

During the years 3 – 10, Ergo-Pedic® will oﬀer replacement parts for any mechanical bed part (excluding electronics, electrical components, drive motors, and massage motors). The purchaser shall pay 1/10th of the replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of years since 2 years after the warranty commencement date, and Ergo- Pedic® shall bear the remainder of the cost of the replacement part. The purchaser shall bear all service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement of the defective part(s).

If your order is OVER $1999 (excluding sales tax) the website will automatically select "Free Delivery and In-Home White Glove Set-Up for Las Vegas."

If your order is UNDER $1999 you will be given the option to select: Las Vegas Showroom Pick-Up (FREE), Drop-Off Delivery or Delivery ($69.99), and In-Home White Glove Set-Up ($99.99).

Deliveries OUTSIDE Las Vegas

If you live outside the Las Vegas area please call us at (702) 388-7774 or email us at info@LasVegasFurnitureOnline.com for a delivery quote. There will be a minimum charge of $450 for delivery outside of our specified delivery areas.

Out of state shipping charges may vary depending on the size of your order and the total weight. We would love to have your order and we will work to get you the lowest delivered price available. Many national websites simply add a set "chunk" amount to all orders to include free shipping across the United States. By doing so many customers pay far too much for their total order even though the delivery is free. We work with each customer individually and quote a price based on their exact order.
