Product Warranty
Over the years Las Vegas Furniture Online has carried many different brands of furniture. When we created our online store we decided to sell only the manufacturers who built the most durable products, offering the widest selection and give all of our iron beds a 10 Year Warranty. Therefore, within 10 years, if any manufacturer's defect arises it will be fixed or replaced at no charge to you. All of our other furniture items carry with them their manufacturers warranty, which is no less than 1 year.
Return Policy
Las Vegas Furniture Online is so confident in the products we sell that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just email or call us within 7 days of your delivery and we will arrange for an immediate return. Just make sure that the item is in its original carton giving full protection just like when it was received. If any damage occurs due to insufficient packing, partial credit or no credit will be issued. Customers are responsible for the freight cost both to them and back to us in Las Vegas, NV. A minimum 20% re-stocking fee will apply on all orders. If your item is returned without the owners manual, directions, warranty cards, etc. a 25%-35% re-stocking fee will apply. If you cancel your order after it goes into production with one of our manufacturers you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus any delivery charges that have occurred. Mattresses can be exchanged for another of equal or greater value but the customer must use it for 30 days first to let their body adjust to it. After 30 days, but no more than 60 days customers can contact us for an exchange but they are responsible for a pick-up/re-delivery fee. Any return needs to have a Return Authorization number from one of our customer service representatives.
Returns Due To Damage
Las Vegas Furniture Online understands that any product can get damaged in transit. If your product arrives damaged, make a note on the drivers paperwork of the exact damage. Then give us a call and we will expedite the shipment of a replacement item immediately. Furniture is susceptible to minor damage (scratches, small nicks, etc.) during transit. If your damage is deemed a minor repair that can easily be touched up, this will be performed at your home at no additional charge.
