Bed Planet is proud of our product line and we guarantee your complete satisfaction on every item we carry. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order once it arrives, simply contact us either by email or phone within 5 days of delivery and we will arrange to have the item picked up and brought back. No credit will be issued for returned items without prior approval by an authorized representative of Bed Planet. Transportation for returned items will be designated by Bed Planet and since we use third party carriers, all shipping charges are nonrefundable. Products must be returned in their original carton if possible or in a substitute carton that adequately protects them if the original carton is not available. Reduced credit or no credit will be allowed on returned products that incur damage because of inadequate packaging. Products returned for any reason other than manufacturer defects or carrier damage may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking and handling fee and all returns are subject to final count and inspection.

Returns due to Damage

All products MUST be inspected at the time of delivery. If the product is found to be damaged, the damage should be noted on the Bill of Lading, signed by the delivery personnel and the delivery should be refused.

Please contact a Bed Planet representative and Bed Planet will ship a replacement product at no additional charge.
